Allow Submissions to be pulled from Google Drive

Design Challenges usually have big files. Currently we have to download them locally and then upload.
Since most of the designers send us files in Google drive, it would be good idea to for the admin app to pull files directly from Google Drive and upload .

Steps:
Current Submission Screen. There is an textbox pull from Google Drive
Admin enters the Google Drive URL
The app lists the files inside the Drive
Map files to Submission, Source and Preview links,

Click upload.
