Steps :

Navigate to the Submission URL
https://admin.topcoder.com/#/index/submissions/list
Input a Design Studio Challenge ID
Click Add Submission button
Select Challenge Phase as "Submission"
Select a valid Handle
Upload Submission
a. Select Submission archive
b. Select Solution archive
c. Submission cover
Select Add Font
Select "Font Squirrel"
Click Submit.

An error of 404 is received. Removing the font selection allows the submission to go through
