Reproduction Steps:

1. Open the Application https://skill-search.topcoder-dev.com/
2. Click Topcoder > Go to Groups tab
3. Create a group with "Tony Group 1"
4. Observe

Actual Result: App stuck when user tries to create a duplicate group

Expected Result: Should display proper validation

Expected:

• When a duplicate group is created, the group api will send back the error message indicating the same. In such a case, let the user know that the group with the entered name already exists
• In case of any other errors from the group api, let the user know that an error occurred during group creation. That is it. No further information about the error is needed to be shared.
