Reproduction Steps:

1. Open the Application https://skill-search.topcoder-dev.com/
2. Click Topcoder > Go to the Tab 01 (Search)
3. Add all the filters from '+ Add Filter'
4. Set 'On internship'=Yes and No
5. Click '+ Add Filter' and disable the filter
6. Click '+ Add Filter' and enable the filter

Common for all the other filters

Actual Result: Enable the filter again will show the old filter data

Expected Result: Should reset the filter

Device/OS: Laptop | Windows 10 (64bit)

Browser Information: Chrome 83.0.4103.116 | Firefox 78.0.2 | IE11

Expected: When a filter gets deactivated, any active filters in that section should be erased. When the filter gets activated again, no active filters in that section should show
