Prefix automated github comments

For the automated messages that get posted to github, can we put a prefix or message in there so people know it's an automated message and not actually myself creating them?

This way user's aren't replying to them and expecting a response.

It is deployed in dev, but not to prod yet. Expect this to be deployed to prod soon.
