Description:

Interview status not getting changed to completed after 1 hour of interview start time.

Sum up:

• The main logic is like this: if some interview were scheduled, we have to mark it as completed after 1 hour. Because interview cannot be longer then 1 hour. But now it doesn't work.
• It works like this:
  • using cron we check if there are any interviews which were scheduled or rescheduled 1 hour ago
  • we mark all such issues as completed
  • see logic source code https://github.com/topcoder-platform/taas-apis/blob/dev/app.js#L128
• Put corn timing into env variable '0 0 * * * *'
• Make sure this logic works
