Registration phase won't open

• Development + Challenge
• Give a name and proceed normally to create the challenge.
• Ensure that Use Scheduling api is active
• Set start date and time to 5 mins from now
• Save as draft
• Close popup that appears - to be taken to project selection page. Select project and Draft tab, look for contest created.
• View it and Launch it.
• Wait for time to arrive when registration should start

After this, when the time comes, the registration phase won't open.
