[$30] Make the table more compact

We would like to change a bit how we show data to save the space:

• Make the Team Name max length visible around 10 characters + ... at the end. Inside the tooltip additionally to the Project Id: also show Team name: ... with the full team name.
• Inside Alert column. Only show the icon without the text. The user would have to have to put a mouse to see the tooltip with Alert text.
• Replace Actions buttons everywhere: remove Actions word and only keep the arrow icon inside the circle green button.
