[Firebug Errors] - firebug error when return to dashboard

Description

• Access application link https://members.topcoder.com and login with a valid user.
• Access application link https://www.topcoder.com and login with a valid user.
• Go to Dashboard.
• From My Challenges section select PAST CHALLENGES.
• Use "Back to Dashboard" option near username.
• Open Firebug Tool(Mozilla Firefox) or Developer Tool(Chrome) and check calls server errors.

Outcome

• the 403 error is displayed in Firebug Tool.

Expected Outcome

• do not display this error message.
