'Explore Open SRMs' in My SRM redirects the page to topcoder domain

Steps to Reproduce

• Open the sites (https://members.topcoder.com/my-dashboard/ and https://www.topcoder.com/my-dashboard/)
• Login as a valid user
• Go to Dashboard
• Scroll down
• CLick "View Past SRMs"
• Click Upcoming
• Click 'Explore Open SRMs'

Expected Result(s)

• Must redirect the page to sub-domain

Actual Result

• 'Explore Open SRMs' in My SRM redirects the page to topcoder domain
