[My Profile] - the external links section is not available

Description

• Access application link https://members.topcoder.com and login with a valid user.
• Access application link https://www.topcoder.com and login with a valid user.
• Select My Profile section.
• Go to the bottom of page.

Outcome

• observe as the EXTERNAL LINKS section is not available.

Expected Outcome

• the section must be displayed.

Hi, I was able to simulate this issue again. Before to go into My Profile section and observe as the External Links is not displayed please go to Dashboard ->Design Challenges -> Development and perform a filtration after Technology=Android as example then go into My Profile section bottom page. You will see as the External Links section is not displayed.

In this way I was able to simulate this issue now.
