List css control

I am trying to control the presentation of lists. I have a minimal set of files which work but does not respond to the configured css styles. What am I doing wrong?

Hi! Which SQLPage version are you using?

The id and class properties have been added in SQLPage v0.18, which still has not been officially released.

You can already try v0.18 on docker with lovasoa/sqlpage:main
