test: Enabled ProjectContextInitializerTest again (#697)

- Add a test to prove the observation that the MavenResolutionResult marker seems to have too many dependencies since the test was disabled
- The test() has been adjusted to assert the (potentially) wrong behaviour
- fix: ProjectContextInitializerTest uses default branch name as it might differ per env
