Serverless Framework 2 dropped: https://github.com/serverless/serverless/tree/v2.1.1

The documentation says this plugin is for v1.

I have an app developed with v1 that I've deployed with v2 and had no issues. It may be that the v2 upgrade doesn't affect the library
