Would it be possible to include "update the dotty-repl Coursier app definition" in this list as well?

The instructions link is outdated. Here is the new one https://dotty.epfl.ch/docs/contributing/procedures/release.html
We need to update it in the release todo instructions template.

@anatoliykmetyuk where did you get the todo list from? docs/docs/contributing/checklist.sh seems to be quite outdated.

@nicolasstucki all the release scripts are located at https://github.com/lampepfl/dotty-release-scripts. I updated the checklist: lampepfl/dotty-release-scripts@a32d995
