Clean up all orphan .check and .flags files

Using the following script:

find tests -name "*.check" -or -name "*.flags" | while read t; do
  name=$(echo "$t" | cut -f -1 -d .)
  test -f "$name.scala" -o -d "$name" || rm "$t"
done
