as reported by @mslinn at #27 (comment) , these links are missing

as per @julienrf,

there is an option to set when we generate the scaladoc if we want to have links to the standard library docs.

perhaps one of the other Scala modules already has this set up properly? and/or, https://github.com/ThoughtWorksInc/sbt-api-mappings purports to handle this
