as @Sciss noticed at scala/scala-swing#90, we currently have

    licenses             := Seq("BSD 3-clause" -> url("http://opensource.org/licenses/BSD-3-Clause")),

this is important because the information ends up in the module's POM, and is then picked up by tools such as WhiteSource, which we use at Lightbend

and we'll need to be careful about making sure that any module that upgrades to a version of the plugin with this change actually is Apache 2 now
