Auto merge of rust-lang#56282 - qnighy:additional-sizedness-fix, r=nikomatsakis

Fix rust-lang#56237: normalize type before deferred sizedness checking.

This seems to fix rust-lang#56237, which was introduced by rust-lang#56045. I don't thoroughly understand how this works, but the problem seemed to be a lack of normalization.
