Build fails. Logs show build being attempted with a quite old Sphinx 1.8.5 version.

Hi @pmoura , this is not caused by an old Sphinx, but by a new docutils (see #8616). The solution is to temporarily cap the docutils version to <0.18 by adding a .readthedocs.yaml. Closing this as duplicate.
