Renaming the subdomain for hosted docs

I have a project on readthedocs:

http://open-budgets.readthedocs.org

I want to change the domain name to:

http://openbudgets.readthedocs.org

Is this possible?

Not really. You can just re-create the project. Letting people change their slugs would likely cause a lot more issues than it would solve, but it's something I need to think more about. #327 touches on this a bit.
