Details

Expected Result

Searching on our generated docs seems to be broken. For example, searching for the project name doesn't return any results:
http://xarray.pydata.org/en/latest/search.html?q=xarray&check_keywords=yes&area=default

We seem to also be suffering from #3925 so this might be related.

My guess is that this is due to pydata/xarray#2033 in some way.

The inability to search only shows up in versions of our docs built after this PR.

Same problem here, for https://readthedocs.org/projects/qnet/builds/7100055/

Looks like that 0.3.0 release of the theme broke things pretty hard.

@rameshthoomu this is because of the latest rtd theme (0.3.0), if you aren't using conda, you can pin the theme on your requirements file to a lower version (<0.3.0)

Edit: the theme version is 0.3.0, not 3.0 p:

If you aren't using conda, the default is to use <0.3.0.

Same issue for xtensor, a C++ library meant for
numerical analysis with multi-dimensional array expressions;
and even a search for "array" or "tensor" gets no result.

Closing this since it's fixed for me, too (I'm not sure what happened)
