Direct integration with transifex

Direct integration with transifex would be neat. As versions get pushed up to us, we could update the localized sources and push to transifex. I haven't looked into if this is possible with transifex (is there an API we can use? oauth?).

If we get around to reworking what translation objects are, we could also rely directly on transifex for integration around translated docs. For example, automatically set up translations based on the translations in transifex (perhaps limit to versions that are greater than X% translated)
