There are a few things that we could use in a project webhook dashboard page:

Connecting webhook through connected services
Resync a webhook form
URLs for manual configuration
Last webhook request/responses?
Webhook stats at very least -- last triggered, etc.

Other thoughts:

We have a Project -> Notifications dashboard page already, perhaps this is "Integrations" to avoid confusion
Connecting an existing project to an existing repository is going to be odd UX, it might not be worth it
