Add 1.10.x version alias for Django docs

Expected Result

Please add version 1.10.x as an alias for the stable/1.10.x branch just like have for other branches. @ericholscher has done this in the past for us, but I haven't had success reaching him on IRC.

Added the 1.10.x branch to the list of active branches. Building now, but looks to be set up. Closing this for now, but feel free to reopen if anything fails.
