Details

On the readthedocs.org repository (this one), we use build skipping such that PR builds are skipped when a PR branch doesn't contain changes to the docs/ folder.

However, currently it seems that the "pending" status is submitted and never updated.

It must be a recent regression? I recall that we recently fixed this. Unsure if this is a general issue or only on this repo.
