We actually test till 1.6.b3 https://github.com/rtfd/readthedocs-sphinx-ext/blob/c158320f83affd15a43ea4ac1b0bb2a47e28ab54/tox.ini#L16

But RTD uses 1.7.4

If we agreed to test the version used by rtd, I can change that in #43

We are already testing till sphinx 1.8 #54
