[WIP] Review changes to survival_analysis.ipynb (#153)

* Fixed the typo in the column name * Fixes typo in the notebook and updates the code using arviz and inferencedata. * Updated the style part of Oriol's suggested changes, but not the convergence part (looking into it). * Thought I’d commit more often: committing all the review changes but the convergence (looking into it this week) * Commiting converged model with increased target_accept, in addition to the minor nits.
