Looking at this: http://project-open-data.github.io/catalog/

what endpoint do we use?
what fields are required?
is this an additional dictionary item or a wrapper for the entire catalog?
how is this requirement validated?
how do we designate what language catalogs are in?

I was confused by this additional page, thinking it was an additional requirement outside of the http://project-open-data.github.io/schema/ . Closing.
