Weird formatting on tables in schema.md

Having trouble figuring out why the formatting for the tables in the /schema.md are showing up inconsistently. For example, look at the contactPoint field in "Further Metadata Field Guidance..."

Does someone smarter than me have any thoughts/fixes for this?

have you tried adding a - in the usage note (instead of the blank) or another | (to indicate the end of the next cell? I don't have an environment setup where the .md renders as on the .io site, but this is what appears to be different between contactPoint and dataDictionary for example.

Looking in to this - I think it's minor inconsistencies in markdown. I'll fix what I can and submit a pull req.
