Deployed docs missing page does not resolve to nice 404 page

Expected behavior

When a link cannot resolve, a templated 404 page should result.

Actual behavior (describe the problem)

1. Go to https://planet-sdk-for-python-v2.readthedocs.io/en/latest/get-started/get-your-planet-account/#next-steps
2. Click on the link for "steps in the Quick Start"
3. NOTE: This URL is wrong. The correct URL is https://planet-sdk-for-python-v2.readthedocs.io/en/latest/get-started/quick-start-guide
4. The resulting page is without a 404 page is malformed

Expected

A well-formatted 404 page:

Workaround
Return to "Home" and select "get started" button
OR
Select Get Started in the global nav menu
