Import series: suggest quantity based on catalog numbers

If we couldn't parse quantity, it's possible to suggest it based on catalog numbers.

If there are numbers from different catalogs, we should suggest a biggest value (it's possible that in one catalog a series will have 5 numbers for each stamp and in another catalog the same series will have just one number).
