attributes that u set are limited to 64kb can u show df.info() on tht frame u r storing? |
I have a log with some info:
As you can see, columns are MultiIndex with three levels. Anyway, I regenerated the whole thing and it seemed to work. I was getting that error when I was trying to combine the old data with the new one. So, cannot replicate, so never mind. Sorry for all the confusion. If I see it again, I'll let you know. |
see this issue: #6245 currently it's possible to have a very large frame (column wise) which breaks the meta data just store smaller (width) tables |
