I am working on #57419
After adding the example and committing the changes, #57442 pipeline is failing multiple times at the "Unit Tests / windows-latest actions-312.yaml (pull_request)" .
is it related to the changes that I made or a different reason?

The issue is affecting all PRs currently and not due to your PR specifically it looks like so closing
