Documentation problem

The link to the design document points to a site by a completely different organization.

Suggested fix for documentation

I don't know where the actual document is or I would make a PR.

But probably no big difference pointing to one or the other.

What I realized, is that we've still got the roadmap duplicated both in the website and in the docs. If you want to fix it in both, that would be great. Thanks!
