I am pretty sure you just have to setup up a Travis CI hook in your own fork

Travis-CI is running in my own fork. What i meant is to enable Travis-CI for every incoming PR to pydata/pandas, even if the pull-requester has not setup Travis-CI in his/her fork. This way every incoming PR will have an indication if it pass/fail Travis-CI. My understanding is that it is possible?
