openapi-react-query: Get query keys

There should be a mechanism to gain access to the query keys the lib generates.

This should be resolved now that #1858 is merged. Or am I missing something else?

https://openapi-ts.dev/openapi-react-query/query-options is exactly what is needed to get the query data, state etc.
