Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When running a helidon application with the agent, I don't see any response time or HTTP status metrics when I ship OTEL data to newrelic

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd like the agent to automatically instrument and send helidon metrics

Describe alternatives you've considered
