+As of this release, Node v0.9 is finally performing faster than v0.8
+on HTTP, file system, and TLS benchmarks.
+
+Unless there are serious problems found, v0.10.0 will be released on
+Monday, 2013.03.11, along with more details about the benchmark
+results and the plans for what comes next.
+
+Please consider this a v0.10 Release Candidate.  Use it in your
+programs.  It is as stable as 0.9 is going to get.
