version 0.4.3 - identifier "D2" is undefined - ESP8266 Wemos D1

I'm working with ESP8266 Wemos D1 shield.

IntelliSense detects problem in finding the GPIO keywords

To manually solve it, I modified file c_cpp_properties.json in that way:

Could this be automatically managed when selecting ESP8266-based boards?

UPDATE: the file is automatically generated if option "Disable Intelli Sense Auto Gen" is unchecked in the add-on settings.

The bad thing is that this feature generates other problem with board UNO R3, like shown in this ticket
