* More precise about firefox spec compliance

* Add ftp, ftps, sftp subfeatures

* Add title_parameter_required to indicate the things that require the obselete table param

* Reorder as expected

* Add irc, news, sms, tel, urn (test chrome 15)

* Add bitcoin, geo, im, ircs, magnet, openpgp4fpr, sip, smsto, ssh, wtai, xmpp

* Remove unnecessary notes

* Apply suggestions from code review
