Add actual Swedish HAN H1 port spec

The document previously added seems to be (also useful) documentation
from a specific equipment manufacturer, this document is apparently the
actual specification (which refers to the Dutch P1 spec in a lot of
places).

This also renames the previously added document to highlight the
difference.
