reloadData remove the footer definition on withDOM option. #557

After calling the function reloadData on a datatable instance. The footer setting is lost.

I have created a plunker showing this issue.

Repo steps:

  1. Run the plunker
  2. Click on ReloadData (all of the sudden the footer disappear).
