Reload or changing of sAjaxSource causes double loading #170

scope.dtOptions.reloadData() or changing sAjaxSource will cause the following

  1. Data reload
  2. Rerender
  3. Data reload a second time
    Went through debug and cannot find out why oTable is destroyed.

It should be resolved with #146.
