DTDefaultRenderer $timeout not necessary

Hi again,

While using the default rendered without any ajax/server side requests, i noticed i get 2 event:loaded . Since im adding some rows when the table is ready, i get double the rows i want :).

I commented the $timeout and works like a charm.

Yes, it's not necessary. It has been fixed with #146.
