Hello,

This PR broke the provided YAMLs as registry.k8s.io/cloud-provider-gcp/gcp-compute-persistent-disk-csi-driver:v1.15.0 doesn't support the --enable-data-cache flag.

Could you release the new image for gcp-compute-persistent-disk-csi-driver and update YAMLs accordingly ?
