Whenever the provisioner starts up and waits for the driver to come up, it fails if the driver is not already ready and listening on the socket. This can lead to a loop where the provisioner dies too soon, and prevents the driver from coming up leading to endless crashloopbackoff
During initial connection, try 5 times, with a connect timrout of 30s each. If all 5 attempts fail, then exit.
