Line 27 in 9870c86

"pg-types": "~1.12.1",
Caret version:

"pg-types": "^1.12.1",

This can result in different versions being installed, and different defaults being used for pg.Client and pg.native.Client accordingly.

Which way should this be fixed, considering pg-types’s release history?
