Added Castform forms and fixed PWA

* Added all forms of Castform to pokedex
* Reduced font size of pokemon selection dropdown
* Removed interval check for service worker update, which was causing the service worker to fail (angular/angular-cli#8779 (comment))
* Added @angular/pwa dependency
* Added static.dpsplus.app to PWA caching URLs
