What rule do you want to change?
I would like to use a lowercase option for the @intlify/vue-i18n/key-format-style rule.

Does this change cause the rule to produce more or fewer warnings?
It will stay the same.

How will the change be implemented?
New option

Please provide some example code that this change will affect:
